Tea For Two

Well, not actually Tea for Two by Doris Day, but more like Ladies Tea Party.

Perfect Day Planner recently hosted a Tea Party for 30 ladies and decided on a theme  that suits the attendants who were from an all-girls convent school. The menu revolved around sinful desserts - chocolate dipped strawberries, eclairs, cream puffs and for those who are not sweet-tooth, savories salmon and tuna canapes, mini chicken pie and mushroom quiche.

Yours truly did the floral arrangment, with the style of  "I just picked these from the garden" - in other words, informal and non-structured country style. Cake tiers and Royal Albert's 100 Years Collection to complete the whole look of the tea party with some paper flowers of complementing colours in soft pink and red.

If you would like to have a tea party like below, email your enquiries to perfectdayplanner@gmail.com.

We've moved!

After much difficulty in trying to understand Wordpress blogging and it's confusing menu, I have decided to switch to Blogspot for PDP's blogpost. Yes, I should have listened to my eldest daughter who mentioned to me that blogspot is easier and friendlier to use than Wordpress.

And so we begin...

This wedding was held at the Victorian Ballroom of Holiday Villa Subang Jaya in March, 2010. The theme was Tea Party (as it was held from 3-7pm) and the bride made her own picture frames for display on easels through out the ballroom. Theme colours for the wedding were gold & olive green.
